Senior Ecommerce Manager – Nip+Fab

We have an exciting new role for an experienced Senior Ecommerce Manager to support us achieve our growth plans. 


As a Senior Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our online DTC business by managing all aspects of Ecommerce operations. This includes overseeing the entire P&L for the Ecommerce function, ensuring that revenue targets are met and profit is maximised. 


You are responsible for overseeing the day to day operational management of the Nip+Fab website, management of key third-party agencies and of the on-sight customer journey. It requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, who can balance day-to-day management of online sales with long-term growth strategies.


A multidisciplinary role, the Senior Ecommerce Manager role carries significant responsibility in shaping the direction of our online presence, working closely alongside the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and Head of Ecommerce.

Senior Digital Marketing Manager – Nip+Fab (12 months’ Fixed Term)  

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a 12 months’ fixed term contract.

As our Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you are responsible for the complete digital brand marketing communication of Nip+Fab in the UK and Europe. 

Your key responsibility will be to define the brand communication strategy to our current consumer base and to new audiences. You will manage a commercially minded expenditure budget, focused on bringing the Nip+Fab message to life across channels, focussing heavily on PPC and Meta optimisation whilst developing Tiktok, YouTube, affiliates and Pinterest, keeping in constant touch with agency partners to optimise and scale wherever possible.

You will play a key role in defining the tone of voice and future brand messaging communicated, both on digital marketing channels and through paid influencer partnerships. Cross-functional relationship building internally will be an integral part of the job to ensure that the above points can be achieved in line with our customer profile, their current challenges and the metrics of our organic engagement.
